Bruce is a great instructor very dynamic and knowledgable. He is one of the top instructors in the country. Bruce is also the author of Ethics Q & A Column that appears regularly in the REALTOR magazine. The material and information you come away with is very solid and practical. This is my second year to attend Bruce's Seminars. Great presentation!
